taking measurements

below are a text description (with references to which visual guidelines are being referred to) and visual guides to show you how to measure yourself for made-to-order / custom items! if you're confused about anything, feel free to contact us with questions.

measurements required by item type:

strap-on harness: measure the full circumference above the hip bone (red guideline), diagonally from where the tailbone starts to where the thigh starts (orange guideline), around the thickest part of the thighs (yellow guideline), and from just below the belly button at the waist to the thickest part of your thigh (pink guideline).

chest harness: starting at the underbust, wrap up and over your shoulder and then end at the same spot you started at but along your back (green guideline) and around the full circumference of the waist just below the chest (blue guideline)

thigh strap: measure around the full circumference at the thickest part of the thigh (yellow guideline)

hand strap: measure around the full circumference of the broadest part of your hand

cuffs: for wrist cuffs, measure around the full circumference of the wrist, just below the wrist bone. for ankle cuffs, measure around the full circumference of the ankle, just above the ankle bone.

collars: measure around the full circumference of the neck
